SWiM Communications’ hosting is provided in association with Comcen Internet Services. This relationship stretches back to 1995, prior to the mass commercialisation of the web.

Through SWiM Communications you have access to business hours support for all website and email needs. We are you first and second level help desk before escalating to Comcen’s help desk.

SWiM’s co-located server is configured for optimal search engine access and visibility. This includes a direct link into the Australian internet grid AND a direct link into the backbone of the internet in the USA.

Our web servers are located at the Equinix data centre in Mascot, NSW in earthquake proof and terrorist proof conditions. These facilities are accessible only via full biometric enabled security.

Installation

SWiM Communications have installed many CS-Carts now and and as a result can have you installed and running within minutes, if you are hosted with us. If you have existing hosting elsewhere we can also install CS-Cart for you providing you can give us all required server details and that your hosting environment meets CS-Carts requirements.

SWiM can also assist you move your Cart from an existing server to a new server.

SWiM also has experience in upgrading stores from the old version 1 to the new version 2 of CS-Cart.

Configuration

CS-Cart can be quite daunting when you log in for the 1st time. Shipping methods, destinations, company details, payment methods, blocks and product options are just a few of the configurations you will need to set up.

SWiM can ease the pressure and stress a little by helping you out with all your configuration needs. SWiM can also provide training to enable you to take control of all features within your store.

Every store SWiM has been involved with has needed different configurations and settings. This has provided SWiM with extensive knowledge of all the different settings and configurations available.
